W. Craig Dolan, President

craig@dolanfuneral.com W. Craig Dolan, President of Dolan Funeral Services, is a lifelong Milton resident. He is a graduate of Boston College High School, Boston College and the New England Institute. Craig is very active in the Dorchester and Milton communities. He was a member of the Board of Directors for Massachusetts Cooperative Bank  formerly of Dorchester and Milton, a member of the Development Board at Milton Hospital, member of the Foundation at Milton Hospital, a founding director of My Brother's Keeper, Paul Harris Fellow and a past president of the Milton Rotary Club and a past president of the Massachusetts Funeral Directors Association. He was married to the late Maureen (Hartnett) Dolan for forty years and he has three children: Jed, Meghan and Courtney and four grandchildren.

  Paul F. Dolan, Vice Presidentpaul@dolanfuneral.com Paul F. Dolan, Vice President of Dolan Funeral Services, is a lifelong Milton resident. He is a graduate of Boston College High School, Boston College and the New England Institute. Paul is a past president of the Wollaston Golf Club, a former Water Commissioner and town meeting member for the Town of Milton, and an elected member of the Board of Trustees for Milton Cemetery. He is married to Lynne (Mundt) and they have three children, Paul F. Jr., Gregory and Elizabeth. They are the proud grandparents of seven.

William B. O'Brien

bill@dolanfuneral.com William B. O'Brien is a licensed funeral director and embalmer who grew up in Milton. He is a graduate of Xaverian Brothers High School and New England Institute of Applied Arts and Sciences. Bill has been employed at the Dolan Funeral Services since 1979. He is an active hockey coach at the youth, high school and college age level. Bill and his wife Debbie (Lewis) are the proud parents of Brendan, Shannon, Courtney and Mikaela.

Frederick J. "Jed" Dolan

jed@dolanfuneral.com Frederick J. Dolan, "Jed," is a licensed funeral director and embalmer who grew up in Milton. He is a graduate of Thayer Academy, Providence College and the New England Institute at Mount Ida College. He has been licensed since 1994. Jed is a coach and member of the Board of Directors for the Milton National Little League and a member of the Dorchester Lower Mills Merchants Association, Lower Mills Civic Association, Milton Chamber of Commerce and the Milton Business Council. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Massachusetts Funeral Directors Association.

Courtney Dolan Dorsey, CFSP

courtney@dolanfuneral.com Courtney Dolan Dorsey is the daughter of W. Craig Dolan and the late Maureen Dolan. She was raised in Milton and is a graduate of Thayer Academy, Providence College and The New England Institute for Funeral Service Education at Mount Ida College.  She is a fourth generation funeral director and received her Massachusetts Funeral Directing and Embalming license in 2001. Courtney recently achieved the designation of Certified Funeral Service Professional through the Academy of Professional Funeral Service Practice. This is a voluntary certification program available to funeral service professionals that demonstrates a commitment to extraordinary service and continuing education.  She lives in Milton with her husband and their children.
