My deepest sympathies to Brian's family. Brian and I became friends as teenagers and spent much of our teen years and early 20's together. We had a lot of good times as teenagers , doing all the things kids that age do. I was fond of Brian. He had such a calm and peaceful demeanor and a kind heart, plus was a lot of fun to hang out with. As people do, we went in different directions, started families etc. as we got older and lost touch. I think of Brian often and was so sad to hear of his passing. He was a good guy and I will miss him. I am thinking of his family and all that they are having to endure and pray they can find peace in the days, weeks and months ahead. May Brian rest is peace.

Police officers go out to do their jobs day in and day out. They take all of the hate thrown their way in a professional way. The general public only appreciates them when they respond to call for assistance for them. We should respect them always. God bless all of the law enforcement community and please keep Brian in your thoughts and prayers

I was struggling with things years ago ,mostly tied to losing my Salvatore to hate. But Brian took the time to respond ,I think from his photographs I loved that he did with Mad Ty. The texts usually had nothing to do with the assault, but they gave me a welcome distraction, and when I did admit to what happened Brian was so sweet. It is hard to know I can never meet him now, and to Christine, Mattie, and Ty my heart is with you. I have been through this, and it never leaves you, but I hope how many people he reached is clear to you.
