Obituary for Dianne Graham

Dianne Graham, 82, of Dorchester, formerly of Pembroke, died peacefully at home on May 29, 2026, surrounded by the love of her family.

Dianne is survived by her four children: John (Jack) and his wife Katherine of Pembroke, Jeffrey and his wife Lori of Hanover, Tammy Neal and her husband John of Kingston, and Tara Kane and her late husband Gary of Quincy. Lovingly known as “Nunny”, she cherished her 11 grandchildren: Abby, Jessica, Jameson, Monte, Kiley, Madeline, Ally, Drew, Emerson, Blake, and Kyle, and two great-grandchildren: Rowan and Jax. She was predeceased by her sister Carol Jameson and is survived by her brother John Dempsey and his wife Linda of Tewksbury.

As a young mother in the 1970s, Dianne embraced and excelled at all aspects of motherhood, creating a warm and loving home that welcomed all who entered. Her four young children certainly did their best to keep her on her toes. Dianne found great enjoyment hosting holidays and cookouts, and 623 Center Street was always a mecca for all of their friends, which she loved. She had a lifelong love of dogs and took great joy in breeding and raising them. Over the course of her life, she had a blind faith that things would work out in the end and a belief that good things happen to good people who give back and work hard. Above all, she had a heart beyond measure and always offered an endless supply of kindness, forgiveness, and generosity to everyone she met.

Dianne will be greatly missed by her loved ones but will take great comfort in knowing she is reunited with her family in Heaven.

Graveside burial will be private.

To remember Dianne, share a little bit of kindness with someone who might need it.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.

Condolences

I'm so sorry to hear the news of Dianne's passing. My deepest sympathies to all her children. I worked with Dianne for five years in the 90's at Pembroke Hospital. She was my favorite co-worker and a great friend to me and so many folks who worked there. We shared so many stories I still cherish today. I know one thing through her stories. She cherished her family deeply and was so proud of all of you. She loved you all tremendously. I know you will all miss her so much but she was happy when you were you were all happy. My prayers to all of you that you will all find peace through all her love she gave to everyone. She was the greatest. I'm blessed I had the chance to know her and share so many great stories and laughs with her. God bless you all. Bob Battis

My deepest condolences to you Tammy and your family. She was a great woman and loved by so many. I wish I got to meet her. I want to hear more about her dog breeding and parties. It seems like you guys were so much alike! ❤️

My thoughts and prayers go out to you Tammy and the Family! She was the sweetest, kindest person! I have the best memories growing up with Diane and our cousins! At Aunt Helen's house she would make Potato Pancakes and we'd see who could eat the most! I think Jack beat us but we loved them and I still make them! I will miss talking to her but she is always in my heart! Love you! ❤️
