I have the honor of knowing Richard Pugh since 1992 and we have been great friends he has always spoken highly of his family and his mother was the matriarch of the family she will be missed by all who knew her for all her loving and caring and kindness she shared with all that got to know her .May she rest in internal peace her guardian angel to watch over her family.
