Dr. Sam was my dentist for 16 years. I'm a nervous nilly when it comes to needles, and when I had to do my first extraction, he was very gentle and reassured me that all would be ok. I'm extremely saddened to hear this news as I was looking forward to see him in the coming months. My condolences to his family and fellow colleagues.

My condolences goes out for Dr. Samuel family and friends. Dr. Samuel was my dentist. When I heard the news I was dumbfounded. My last encounter with him was in January. We had a good laugh; talk about food, Jamaica. I remember he was tell me about how he had made sorrel. And I joke with him when he told me how many times he put hot water on the sorrel each time he would strain it off. And I said to he I am going to bring you a bottle, which I did later that day. May Dr. Samuel soul rest in peace. He will be surely miss with that laughter of his.
