F. Wilena Julian, Ret. BPD. of Randolph, formerly of Boston died on March 21, 2024. She was 77 years old.

Beloved mother of Robyn Nevile, and Spencer Aaron Julien both of Boston. Sister of Richard Diggs and the late Nathaniel Julien, Wayne Diggs and Gregory Diggs. Cherished grandmother of Izabella Kathleen Nevile. Wilena is also lovingly survived by nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.

Wilena was born and raised in Boston. She was a Boston Police officer for 34 years before retiring. Wilena was very active in community development and activist for many community projects. She loved traveling, music, dancing and swimming. She will be greatly missed by all who had the pleasure to have known her.

Visitation on Friday March 29th 10-11 AM in the Dolan Funeral Home, 1140 Washington Street, Dorchester Lower Mills. A funeral service will follow at 11 AM in the funeral home. Interment in Forest Hills Cemetery, Boston.
