Rita Ghany, age 89, died on April 27, 2025. in Boston.

Rita was the beloved wife of Ishmael Ghany. Devorted mother of Alec Ghany, Alicia Chaplow and Sean Ghany. Sister of Monica Joseph, Steve Joseph, Chandra Ghany and Mala Sahedeo.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated, Saturday, May 3, 2025 in St. Teresa of Calcutta Church (St Margaret's Church), 800 Columbia Road, Dorchester at 10 o'clock. Visiting Hour at the Church, 9 - 10 am. Interment Cedar Grove Cemetery, Dorchester.
