Robert Elton Drake Jr., best known to us as Uncle Robert was more than an uncle. He was a father figure to a lot of people. He was very caring and very loving. He was kind when we needed him to be, and strict when making a point that needed to be learned. He and I shared the same love of cooking. Many a time we worked a grill together. He has now been called home to be with some family and with our heavenly father. He will be greatly missed in our hearts and life. Rest now and know that we will miss you and we love you. Sending my condolences and prayers for peace and comfort to my Cousin Alisha and all the family. I regret that I am unable to attend Uncle Robert's homegoing service. I will always hold dear the fond memories of his warm smile, his loving spirit and the many visits he made to NC to see us. He will be missedb by all that knew and loved him.
