Richard Michael Delfino August 25, 1933 - March 18, 2021

Richard Michael Delfino, age 87, formerly of Waltham, MA passed away peacefully at the Sherrill House Nursing Home, Jamaica Plan, Thursday March 18, 2021.

He is survived by his former wife Carol Delfino of Nashua NH, daughter Lorene Begley of Milton, MA, Debra Hanna of Dover, NH and Richard is preceded in death by his son Richard M. Delfino Jr. He is survived by grandchildren Morgan, Jake, Caroline, Michael and Nicholas.

Richard was born and raised in Waltham. After graduating from Waltham High School, he entered the United States Marine Corps. He worked for Sears & Roebuck for many years. Richard then worked for the Bedford MA School District as a Custodial Engineer.  He moved to Enfield, NH with his second wife, the late Helen Farwell. His passion was watching New England Patriots football games. He loved to dance, listen to music, and he loved playing Bingo.  Richard’s treasures in his life were his Faith, Family, and Friends. We are extremely grateful to have so many wonderful memories for all of us to enjoy forever.

Calling hours will be at Dolan Funeral Home 1140 Washington Street, DORCHESTER LOWER MILLS, Saturday March 27, 10:30-1pm, immediately followed by his Celebration of Life Service at 1pm.
